Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Noida. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to assess new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and assisting in developing strategies to grow the business. The intern will also work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service and support in promoting TTFA Academy’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and generate actionable insights
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain positive client relationships and address inquiries or concerns
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic understanding of the ed-tech industry or interest in data analytics is a plus
