Business Development Intern

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities
  
• Assist in creating and refining sales and marketing strategies
  
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
  
• Support the team in developing pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
  
• Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, prospects, and client interactions
  
• Participate in meetings with clients or partners and take meeting notes
  
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
  
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong analytical and research skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
• Comfortable with outreach via email, phone, and social media
  
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
  
• Familiarity with CRM software (like HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
