Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Intern, located in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building and managing client relationships, and overseeing various account management activities. The individual will also strategize and implement plans for achieving company growth goals while collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to proactively manage and expand client portfolios
• Strong understanding of Business and Account Management for building long-term client relationships
• Effective Communication skills for client interactions, negotiations, and presentations
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is a plus
