We partner with corporates and educational institutions to implement training programs for their employees/ students, aiming to bridge skill gaps and enhance employability. 🌐 www.candidsolutions.co.in 🔗https://www.linkedin.com/company/candid_solutions   Position Title: Business Development (Institutional Partnerships) Type: Work from Office; Number of positions: 2 Office Location: Malad West, Mumbai Office timing: 9.15 am to 6.00 pm (Mon-Fri), and 9.15 am to 3.00 pm (Sat)   Role Summary: Business Development (Institutional Partnerships): As part of our core team, you will lead both - client acquisition and managing end-to-end execution of our training programs. It will involve identifying and engaging with potential colleges and corporates, presenting customized skilling solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery in collaboration with internal teams and trainers.   Key Responsibilities A] Business Development • Client Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (corporates, colleges, universities) through databases, social media and referrals. • Client Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact through calls/emails, understand their requirements and maintain a healthy outreach pipeline. • Sales Presentation & Proposal Coordination: Deliver impactful pitches, create proposals jointly with internal teams, and follow through till closure. • Reporting & Market Intelligence: Maintain CRM records, track progress, and stay updated on industry trends. B] Training Operations • Program Coordination & Scheduling: Manage training calendars, align schedules with clients & trainers for session readiness. • Trainer & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with trainers for content, delivery, and availability; ensure client and participant expectations are met during execution. • Execution Support & Documentation: Maintain attendance, feedback, trackers, reports, certifications and support in documentation.    Requirements ü Graduate/PG (MBA) with min. 1 yr. experience (in Sales/ HR/education services etc.) ü Confident communication in English (written & oral) ü Comfortable in client tele-calling, emails, and follow-up conversations ü Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite tools   What we offer ü Competitive salary and growth potential ü Growing organization with supportive work culture
