About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of ongoing training programs. 2. Work closely with clients to understand schedules, logistics, and learner requirements. 3. Liaise with trainers for availability, content readiness, and session delivery. 4. Maintain detailed records, training calendars, and trackers for all programs. 5. Ensure timely execution tasks like attendance, feedback, reports, and certifications. 6. Troubleshoot training issues and provide support during sessions 7. Support in onboarding trainers and maintaining a pool of available resources. 8. Assist in process documentation and operations-related reporting. 9. Working with Sales and Support teams to maximise business potential.
