Job Title: Business Development Location: Navi Mumbai/Thane/Andheri/Pune Company: IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd. Our mission is to empower students and professionals with industry-relevant skills through practical, career-oriented programs. We offer classroom and online training in collaboration with top institutions and industry bodies. Key Responsibilities: Visit local colleges, corporates, and other educational institutes to promote Proschools career-oriented programs. Fix and attend appointments with key decision-makers (e.g., TPOs, HR heads, department heads). Create awareness and interest in Proschools offerings among students and working professionals. Generate leads and footfall at the training center through outreach efforts. Conduct cold calling and follow-ups on database leads. Support center-level marketing and sales campaigns as needed. Work Requirements: Working Days: 6 days a week Weekly Off: One day off during the week (weekday). Work Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM (may vary based on outreach requirements). Field Work: Regular travel within the assigned local area.
