Business Development Head for Entertainments

You should have strong skills in man management, brand management, negotiating and networking, business development, decision-making, inventory management, risk management, business planning, budget development, profit improvement, business expansion, marketing and sales, and customer service. Your role will involve working in the gaming and entertainment industry, such as Club House and Game Zone. You should have expertise in publishing, strategic planning, project management, gaming design management, research, contract negotiation, and team building. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing games and design documents, maintaining communication with department leads, developing prototypes, researching and proposing new game concepts, sourcing and contacting clients, negotiating contracts, and establishing long-term relationships with developers. Additionally, you will oversee programs for selecting new business sites, purchasing materials, hiring contractors, tracking expenses, controlling budgets, addressing employee concerns, making financial decisions, reviewing reports, building relationships, and negotiating. You will also monitor the maintenance of buildings, facilities, equipment, and supplies to minimize damage and costs. Your responsibilities will include maximizing revenues, meeting budgeted EBITDA, communicating policies and procedures, conducting meetings, exploring business opportunities, organizing promotional campaigns, contributing to long-term strategic plans, supervising marketing and sales activities, managing risk, addressing customer issues, defining and executing annual marketing strategies, and initiating new projects for business expansion.
