Business Development

Job Summary:

The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and developing customized business proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create business growth strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close business deals with clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–5 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills (optional):

• Experience in fintech, IT services, or payments industry.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
