We combine data, technology, and sports science to identify and nurture young talent, ensuring every child discovers the sport they are best suited for and has the opportunity to excel. Role Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assessors based in Lucknow to conduct in-person field tests that evaluate both the physical and psychological attributes of young athletes. As an Assessor, you will play a key role in our talent identification process, ensuring accurate testing, careful observation, and reliable data recording. Key Responsibilities Conduct physical performance assessments (strength, endurance, agility, speed, coordination, etc.) for children across age groups. Administer psychological evaluation tests designed to understand mindset, focus, and motivation levels. Ensure all tests are performed under safe, standardized, and ethical conditions. Account for environmental factors (weather, ground conditions, equipment setup, etc.) while conducting assessments. Accurately record, organize, and report test values for each participant. Coordinate with the central team to ensure data consistency and quality . Provide clear communication and guidance to children and parents during the assessment process. Basic Requirements Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in Physical Education (B.PEd) from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of sports fundamentals, fitness assessments, and child development. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with children and parents. Attention to detail with the ability to accurately record data. Ability to work in outdoor/field conditions and manage assessments in varied environments. Passionate about youth sports and committed to promoting talent development. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Prior experience in conducting physical or psychological assessments.
