Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and target high-profile corporate clients serving High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (uHNIs). Focus on premium sectors such as luxury real estate, corporate workspaces, upscale hospitality, educational institutions, wellness and fitness centers, art galleries, and other environments that emphasize exclusivity and high-end aesthetics.
  • Execute strategic outreach initiatives through cold calls, WhatsApp campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, personal referrals, and in-person meetings to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, architects, developers, and executives. Provide personalized consultations to demonstrate how premium offerings align with their goals and enhance the functionality, design, and experience of their spaces.
  • Create customized sales strategies for each client, ensuring a seamless, high-touch engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored proposals that align with the clients vision and business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure — while maintaining structured and detailed records in the sales pipeline. Ensure all client interactions are tracked and optimized for efficiency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s high-end product offerings, integrating technical and design insights to communicate their value proposition effectively to a discerning clientele.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and evolving market dynamics. Use this intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend prestigious industry events and exhibitions to connect with potential clients and key decision-makers, showcasing offerings and cultivating long-term professional relationships.
  • Deliver outstanding client service through consistent follow-up and proactive after-sales support. Foster long-term partnerships that encourage repeat business and high-quality referrals.
