Job Description

Position Summary:
The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

· Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

· Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitors for strategic advantage.

· Sales Enablement: Develop proposals, pitches, and negotiate contracts.

· Collaboration: Work closely with AGM and GM to align sales strategies with service delivery.

· Targets: Meet and exceed assigned quarterly/annual sales targets.

· CRM: Maintain updated pipeline and accurate forecasting.

Reporting Structure:

· Reports To: Assistant General Manager – VCS

· Direct Reports: Business Development Executives / Associates (if applicable).

Skills & Competencies:

· 2 –8 years in business development/sales (consulting/IT/enterprise services preferred).

· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

· Results-oriented, self-driven, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹232,366.90 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
