Job Description

KKey Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting potential clients in the field.
Conduct door-to-door visits and attend local networking events to generate leads.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers in person.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and field visits.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly field sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of visits, client feedback, and sales activity using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly on-site.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience:

13 years of experience in field sales or business development
Candidates with B.E. (Mechanical) and 1 year of experience, or B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA in Marketing are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
