About Zymo Cosmetics

Skin Care, Hair Care, Baby Care, Oral Care, Men's' Grooming, and Herbal Products

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Market Research

Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential clients in both domestic and international markets.
Conduct detailed market research to build a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Act as a key point of contact for client communication, inquiries, and feedback.

3. Sales Coordination & Product Development

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Assist in aligning product offerings with client expectations and market demands.

4. Support & Reporting

Resolve client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

5. Team Development & Hiring Support

Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.
Participate in recruitment processes, especially technical evaluations of candidates.
