We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence in the CNC manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of industrial machinery, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and factory visits.
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and industrial markets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
· Present and promote CNC machine tools and solutions to prospective customers.
· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
· Visit clients on-site for meetings, product demonstrations, and relationship building.
· Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
· Track industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
· Coordinate with internal technical and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
· Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall growth strategy.
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
· 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in industrial products or CNC machines.
· Good understanding of machining processes, CNC machines, and related technical concepts.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
· Comfortable with frequent travel across india.
