Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building high-level client relationships, identifying new markets, and expanding business in packaging solutions across India and overseas.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as FMCG, pharma, food & beverage, personal care, and chemicals
• Lead end-to-end business development from lead generation to closing deals
• Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PET, Glass, and HDPE packaging materials and applications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Additional Preference - Fluency in Hindi (spoken)

Multilingual abilities will be a plus, especially for dealing with clients across regions and international markets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
