This role focuses on qualifying prospects, nurturing leads through structured follow-ups, and coordinating closely with internal teams to drive conversions. The position is office-based and plays a critical role in strengthening the sales pipeline and supporting overall business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate first-level contact with incoming leads to understand requirements and assess business potential
  • Screen, qualify, and categorize leads to ensure accurate routing to the appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Conduct consistent follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel effectively
  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and growth teams to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status updates, and outcomes using CRM or lead management tools
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on lead generation performance, follow-ups, and conversion trends
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality, customer queries, and market responses
  • Develop a strong understanding of product offerings, customer needs, and competitive positioning

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead management roles
  • Prior exposure to greenhouse manufacturing, polyhouse systems, agri-tech, or high-tech agriculture is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage, nurture, and convert leads through structured follow-ups
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging prospects over phone and digital channels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently in an office-based role while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, agriculture, or a related discipline preferred
