Job Description

The job involves lead generation, sales, and sales operations responsibilities. As a Lead Generation specialist, you will be responsible for preparing a database of potential customers by mining data from various sources online and offline, such as trade fairs, networking events, and marketing campaigns. You will be expected to cold call the generated database to build a pipeline of leads and qualify them by understanding their current infrastructure, specified and potential needs. Additionally, you will need to identify key decision makers for qualified leads and schedule meetings with them to initiate the Sales Process. Cross-selling and up-selling of the product range will also be a part of your responsibilities. In the Sales role, you will attend to customer inquiries, visit customers as per aligned meetings, understand the current situation and requirements of customers, and coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop appropriate presentations and quotations. Negotiating with customers by conveying the value proposition from both business and technical perspectives will also be crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring the closure of contracts and addressing all issues related to sales, marketing, and deliveries. In Sales Operations, you will be required to prepare a visit plan, update CRM, prepare sales reports as required, and prepare visit reports. Overall, this position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively generate leads, drive sales, and manage sales operations efficiently.,
