Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients who require staffing solutions.

The position involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and appointment-setting for senior sales leaders. If you are highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and eager to build a career in the fast-paced US staffing industry, this opportunity is for you.


WHAT WE WANT


Bachelor degree in any stream (Prefer in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSC). Rest B.com, BA, MBA also applicable

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Confidence and quick learning ability

Strong drive and hunger to succeed in the fast-paced world of staffing


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients (Direct Clients, MSPs, Prime Vendors) in the US staffing space

Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, industry directories, and company websites to build targeted prospect lists

Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the US staffing industry—including market trends, in-demand technologies, and staffing models
