Business Development Executive
📍 Location: [Kochi]
🕒 Shift: US business hours (Night Shift)
Vishwa is seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our operations in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a talent for building client relationships, and a working knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the US market
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure
✅ Engage with potential clients through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling
✅ Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
✅ Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for US clients
✅ Maintain and update CRM systems and sales dashboards
✅ Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in US IT sales or international business development
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✔ Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms
✔ Willingness to work during US business hours (Night Shift 6pm-2am)
✔ Experience with CRM tools is a plus
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions
