Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VMA Scribe located in Kochi. As a VMA Scribe, you will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers with medical documentation, ensuring accurate and detailed patient records. Your day-to-day tasks will include transcribing patient visits, updating electronic health records, capturing both clinical and administrative information, and working closely with medical staff to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Documentation and Transcription
• Understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Documentation
• Ability to Work On-Site in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Previous Experience in a Healthcare Setting is a Plus
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or relevant certification
