Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Engineer to join our team, responsible for selling B2B products, including machinery and industrial solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales with a combination of technical knowledge and strong communication skills to develop business relationships and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in industries such as infrastructure, logistics, construction, aviation, defense, food processing, etc. Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical solutions that align with their needs. Conduct market research and prospecting using platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email marketing to generate leads. Travel across India to meet customers, conduct presentations, and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target industries. Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings to stay ahead in the market. Continuously learn and improve sales strategies through reading, training, and mentorship from the CEO. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred. 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales of machinery/industrial products. Strong prospecting and communication skills – ability to reach out and connect with potential clients effectively. Proficiency in using mobile phones, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other sales prospecting tools. High adaptability and willingness to learn continuously – sales knowledge should be self-updated. Self-driven, go-getter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Should be comfortable with both office-based work and frequent travel across India.
