🔹 Opening 1: Business Development Executive (1–2 Years Experience)

What you’ll do:

• Build & manage international advertiser/affiliate partnerships
• Drive new business across CPI, CPA, CPL & CPS models
• Negotiate deals, payouts & long-term commercial terms
• Work closely with internal teams on campaign setup, tracking & billing
• Analyze performance and optimize for revenue growth
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

What you need:

• 1–2 years’ experience in performance/affiliate marketing or digital sales
• Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS models
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with global time zones

🔹 Opening 2: Business Development Intern (Paid Internship | Fresher)

What you’ll do:

• Support BD team in onboarding advertisers & affiliate partners
• Assist in campaign coordination, documentation & tracking
• Conduct global market & competitor research
• Help with reporting, analysis & performance tracking
• Learn end-to-end performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS)

What you need:

• Fresher (Graduate/PG) passionate about digital marketing
• Good communication & basic analytical skills
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to join immediately (Onsite)
