Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in business development or sales. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities. Job Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including used car loans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an advantage.
