Business Development Executive (USA Market) — Digital Marketing & AI Automation

Role Summary

Own outbound sales for the USA market—generate, qualify, and close B2B clients for our digital marketing + AI automation services.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and outreach tools
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close
  • Sell solutions like PPC/Performance Marketing, SEO/SEM, SMM, Web/Landing Pages, CRM & workflow automation, AI agents/chatbots
  • Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with marketing & delivery for smooth handover and client success Achieve monthly/quarterly targets


Requirements


  • 2–3 years BD/sales experience in a digital/tech/automation agency
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social, web + interest in AI automation Excellent English communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Hands-on with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet Self-driven, target-oriented, good at handling multiple prospects


Preferred

  • Prior experience with USA/overseas clients
  • Familiarity with HubSpot/Zoho/HighLevel, Zapier/Make/ chatbots/WhatsApp automation
