Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other US market channels.
• Communicate with US-based prospects and clients during night shift hours.
• Understand client requirements and present relevant services or solutions.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM or tracking systems.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and client requirements.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.
• Stay informed about US market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in BDE, US calling, international sales, or outbound lead generation preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to consistently work during the
