Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients within the US transportation and logistics sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver suitable, customized logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms with clients.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and activity reports.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to support growth.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory:

    Prior experience in US Logistics, Transportation, or Dispatch.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong capabilities in client acquisition and account management.
  • Smart, proactive, and target-driven with a strong business development mindset.
  • Comfortable working in

    night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST)

    to align with US timings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment.
