Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Account Management and Business operations
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site role
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
