Business Development Executive (Upwork)

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Upwork) — someone who can turn opportunities into conversations through smart proposals, meaningful communication, and consistency.

No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do

• Write personalized, high-quality proposals for Upwork projects related to SEO, PPC, and Web Design.
• Identify and shortlist the most relevant opportunities daily.
• Communicate with potential clients on Upwork — understand their needs, ask smart questions, and create trust through clarity.
• Track and manage proposals (10–15 per day) while maintaining high accuracy and a polite, professional tone.
• Work closely with the Sales Head to convert responses into discovery calls.
• Constantly learn, apply feedback, and refine your writing and client communication.

• Detail-oriented — you read, think, and then write (not the other way around).
• A believer in “If I send 10 quality proposals daily, one of them will convert — and I’ll make sure it does.”

Where We’re Based

Our office is at Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020.

We’re right next to Suvira Hospital, in a modern building that also houses an ICICI Bank branch for quick runs when needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
