Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to expand the company’s client base across key markets Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships Build and support a high-performing business development function focused on lead generation Nurture long-term relationships with potential and strategic partners Lead initial conversations and support the sales team in negotiating and closing high-value service contracts Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies Monitor key sales performance metrics, assist in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting Represent the company in virtual meetings and client interactions as needed Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT services or software development industry Technical proficiency and ability to understand IT services and digital products Prior experience with digital marketing or front-end web development services is a plus Proven ability to identify, engage, and support enterprise-level clients Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones Preferred Skills: Existing network in relevant industries or service domains Familiarity with CRM tools Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Our office is in Nirman Nagar but we will be relocating to Mansarovar in coming 1 month.
