About the Role

Role: Business Development Executive – Institutional Sales


What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and onboard new institutional clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial partners
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
  • Present product demos, proposals, and customized solutions to clients
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth installations and client satisfaction
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in the Coffee Vending Business (preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales

  • Ability to travel for client meetings as needed


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Preferred:

    Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the Coffee Vending or related industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong target-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
