Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, highlighting service strengths, managing client relationships, tracking performance, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure project profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Project Identification:

  • Search and identify relevant job postings and potential clients on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, service trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Proposal Development:

  • Craft high-quality, tailored, and compelling proposals that clearly address client requirements and showcase the company's strengths.
  • Client Communication:

  • Engage with clients through calls, emails, and chat to clarify project requirements, answer questions, and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiation:

  • Negotiate project terms and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
  • Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as development or sales, to ensure proposals are accurate and projects can be delivered successfully.
  • Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on bid success rates, proposal submissions, and client interactions to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Platform Management:

  • Maintain Upwork profiles by keeping them updated with portfolios and client feedback.
  • Follow-up:

  • Follow up on submitted proposals and manage the pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
