Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in both electronic and physical formats. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements. Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms as needed. Manage office supplies inventory, order supplies when necessary, and ensure office equipment is in good working condition. Assist with travel arrangements for the Director and other team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Serve as the primary driver for the Director, providing safe and efficient transportation to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks as needed. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain awareness of road conditions and potential hazards. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Director's schedule, activities, and sensitive information. Assist with other office tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in an office administrative role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
