Our website address is www.samagralearning.com Salary range: Rs 18,000.00 per month plus incentives Office timings: 9 30 AM to 5 30 PM, Monday to Saturday Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to generate sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes. Qualifications : 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Malayalam) 3. MS Office skills 4. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and orders efficiently. 5. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and customer communication. 6. Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
