Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarita Vihar for a Travel Sales Executive. The Travel Sales Executive will engage with clients to understand their travel requirements and design customized travel packages. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, sharing itinerary options, maintaining client relations, arranging travel and accommodation bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on travel trends and suggesting the best travel solutions for both domestic and international destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, and client relationship management (Freshers are most welcome)
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and packages
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
• Ability to work in an on-site role situated in Sarita Vihar
• A proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored travel experiences
• Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields
