About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join the TradeMax Academy team. In this impactful role, you'll promote our programs to prospective learners, explore new business opportunities, and provide customized counseling—whether the candidate is a fresher or experienced, from any educational background.
Key Responsibilities
● Actively engage and promote our undergraduate and postgraduate trading courses, including the A–Z Option Buying Crash Course, the Elite Programme, and other popular offerings
● Identify and cultivate new business avenues — catering to individual learners and corporate clients alike.
● Offer personalized career and course counseling to prospective students, aligning their trading aspirations with the right TradeMax programs.
● Serve as the first point of contact: answering inquiries, handling objections, and guiding them through course features and benefits.
● Drive conversions by understanding client needs and closing admissions effectively.
● Maintain clear and up-to-date records of interactions using CRM tools.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft strategies that enhance outreach and student engagement.

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary Range: ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
