Job Description

About the Role:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new B2B leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Present and promote the company’s legal tech solutions to corporates
Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions that meet their needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve product offerings.
Track and update all sales activities using CRM tools.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle the complete sales process independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business or Marketing
