TexKart is transforming the textile sourcing industry by connecting buyers and suppliers on a digital, fully managed B2B marketplace. We aim to simplify sourcing, ensure timely payments, and provide competitive pricing for job workers, small manufacturers, and exporters.

Role Overview:

Vendor Acquisition & Partnerships (VAP) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new textile suppliers (Yarn, Fabrics, Trims, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Explain TexKart’s value proposition, onboarding process, and benefits to suppliers.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with suppliers.
Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure vendor satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with textile background.
1–3 years of experience in vendor acquisition, business development, or partnerships (textile industry experience preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Compensation:

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(based on experience)
