Role Overview

own buyer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion

What You Will Lead

  • PAN India buyer acquisition strategy
  • Monthly revenue and growth targets
  • Building & managing a high-performance buyer sales team
  • Expanding TexKart’s presence in major textile hubs
  • Increasing repeat purchase rate & buyer satisfaction
  • Creating commercial strategies for scalable buyer onboarding
  • Representing TexKart in textile markets & industry events

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of textile buyers
  • Deep networks in textile markets across India
  • Proven experience in B2B textile sales or related domains
  • Founder mindset, high ownership, and strong execution
  • Ability to scale buyer funnel and drive revenue independently
