Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
  • Identify potential customers and target markets to expand company's presence in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical products/electrical sales/industrial sales/mechanical sales/machinery sales/technical sales/b2b sales/field sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
