Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage back office operations, ensuring efficient processing of tenders, quotations, payments, and sales coordination.
  • Offer excellent customer service through effective communication with clients via phone calls or emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling computer operating tasks, email writing, and CRM systems maintenance.
  • Assist in follow-ups on pending issues related to tendering and payment follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (back office executive).
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems for managing client interactions.
  • Excellent English language skills for clear communication with customers over phone calls or emails.
