Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Surepass Technologies’ Delhi office. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with business partners. The Business Development Executive will focus on strategizing growth initiatives, handling client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Qualification:

  BCA is mandatory (strong foundational technical knowledge required).
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of software, APIs, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
