Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at STCO Consulting LLP. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with existing ones, with a focus on promoting FINAC by AKSSAI accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a solid understanding of financial products, and the ability to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of FINAC by AKSSAI accounting software to inbound leads. Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Identify client needs and propose customized solutions, including expert accountant services as needed. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities. Negotiate and finalize deals to drive revenue growth. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends. Maintain and Analyse daily records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data. Prepare regular sales performance and market insight reports for management. Requirements Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in finance or related industries.
