This role is client-facing and involves extensive intercity travel to meet potential clients in person. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and capable of building long-term relationships within the mining and heavy industry sectors. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients in the mining and infrastructure sector. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for MineTrac solutions. Understand client-specific needs and provide tailored business proposals. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement. Sales & Revenue Generation Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Close deals through effective negotiation and consultative selling. Maintain a high level of daily outreach and client interaction. Market Research & Intelligence Gather market feedback, monitor competitor offerings, and report insights to leadership. Stay informed about industry trends, opportunities, and client demands in the mining sector. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with the product and operations teams to ensure timely and effective client delivery. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare performance reports. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial or technical product sales preferred. Experience with field-based client acquisition and relationship management. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently within and outside the city. Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
