Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in Talent Acquisition/Staff Augmentation sales across India, US, Europe etc markets. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in lead generation, client coordination, and IT staffing sales, along with hands-on exposure to modern sales tools and CRM platforms.


Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location: Indore (On-site)


Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage a high volume of qualified leads across India, US, and Europe markets.
  • Conduct introductory calls, understand staffing needs, present solutions, and support closure.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls/emails and run LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns.
  • Full responsibility for end-to-end business development in talent acquisition/staff augmentation.
  • Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, submissions, scheduling, and feedback.
  • Research and identify new accounts, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
  • Execute email campaigns, set meetings, and maintain ongoing communication with warm prospects.
  • Utilize CRM/sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management.
  • Act as the initial face of the company on digital platforms and maintain positive client engagement.
  • Knowledge of IT sales fundamentals, trending tech stacks, and current market trends.
  • Understanding of different contract types and engagement models, along with the ability to create pitch decks, business proposals, and supporting sales documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, IT staffing, or talent acquisition sales, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of India/US/Europe staffing markets and sales processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools for lead tracking and reporting.
