Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new client leads in GCC (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait) & India.
  • Build relationships with HR/Procurement teams of oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, hospitality companies.
  • Pitch and explain our recruitment & mobilisation capabilities.
  • Collect JD details clearly so operations don’t get confused later.
  • Get empanelments, negotiate service charges, and sign agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment/operations to ensure timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain weekly pipeline report for Director.

Requirements

  • 3–5 yrs in business development (preferably recruitment/GCC markets).
  • Good negotiation skills and confidence with clients.
  • Should understand basic recruitment terms (sourcing, shortlisting, mobilisation).
  • Ability to travel or attend online meetings with Gulf clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,876.03 - ₹44,079.78 per month
