Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE in an EdTech company, your primary role will be to identify sales opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients (students, parents, schools, or institutions), and drive revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting our educational products or platforms. Responsibilities Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. Conduct product demos or presentations to prospective students, parents, or institutional clients. Convert leads into sales through consultative selling. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track interactions using CRM tools. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
