We are seeking highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) to join the dynamic team. This is an inside sales role where you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to counsel students and parents, guide them through the admissions process, and achieve admission targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets. This involves responding to inbound leads, making outbound calls, and sending emails to potential students and parents. You are responsible for driving student admissions.
• Counsel and interact with students and their parents, understanding their needs and requirements to pitch the most suitable educational programs.
• Guide students through the entire application process, from course selection to submitting necessary documentation and meeting deadlines.
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the needs of the ed-tech industry is important to adapt strategies and effectively pitch products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or related fields (Ed-Tech Preferred).
• Strong communication skills in

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, self-motivated with high energy levels.
• Must have a strong inclination to work in a target-driven environment and a proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Age should not be more than 32.
