Role We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and responsible Sales Executive (field-level) to support our Institutional Uniform & Workwear business. The candidate will be responsible for daily client follow-ups, site visits, lead generation, and coordination with the head office. This is a field sales role ideal for someone who wants to grow in B2B sales and build a long-term career in uniforms or garments. Key Responsibilities : - Visit clients (corporates, hospitals, hotels, schools, automobile, engineering, electronics, Airlines, Food and Beverage Industries. etc) to show product samples and collect requirements. Follow up regularly with existing and new clients for inquiries, orders, and feedback. Understand customer needs related to design, fabric, quantity, and timelines. Coordinate with head office/design/production team for quotations and delivery. Help and assist in sample collection, size measurement, and delivery handovers. Maintain accurate daily reports of client visits, leads, and client communication in the company reporting system. Achieve monthly sales targets. Willing to travel within the city and outstation. Preferred candidate profile Sincere, punctual, and willing to work on the ground level. Good communication skills in Hindi and local language (basic English is a plus). Active in follow-ups and confident in client interaction. Should have a two-wheeler and smartphone (travel allowance will be provided). Willing to learn about fabrics, stitching, uniforms, and safety wear (training will be providing one week in Mumbai/Bhiwandi office location) after Joining.
