As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and results-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in digital marketing or e-commerce agencies to drive growth through outbound lead generation and client acquisition.

Your Role: Business Growth Catalyst

You won’t just sell services — you’ll build relationships, close high-potential deals, and bring brands onboard that align with our mission. If you're hungry for ownership, client-facing roles, and uncapped growth — this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential D2C brands, startups, and entrepreneurs across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, directories, etc.)
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate impactful conversations via calls, DMs, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Client Pitches & Presentations: Conduct tailored Zoom/Google Meet sessions to pitch our services, showcase results, and build trust
  • Follow-up & Closing: Manage leads through the pipeline, handle objections, negotiate, and close high-conversion deals
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate data in CRM/sales trackers and share weekly performance updates with the team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales at a digital marketing or e-commerce agency
  • Proven success in cold outreach and client conversion
  • Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of e-commerce trends, D2C brands, digital marketing funnels, and influencer marketing
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, target-oriented, and confident in decision-making
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn automation tools
