Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will drive Secure Tracks growth across UAE & KSA by identifying and securing new clients, expanding in existing accounts, and creating opportunities for the company's full suite of system integration solutions. The role requires strong sales acumen, a solid technical understanding of the companys offerings, the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders (technical, procurement, operations), and a proven record of meeting revenue targets in competitive GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients in sectors like commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, government, healthcare, education.
    • Use market research, networking, cold-calling, trade shows, partner channels to build pipeline. • Qualify leads and follow up to nurture them into opportunities.

Solution Selling & Proposal Development:

  • Understand technical requirements and architect or coordinate with internal pre-sales/engineering teams to propose solutions across Security & Surveillance (CCTV, access control, intruders), AV systems, structured cabling, ELV systems, home & office automation.
    • Prepare RFP / RFQ / commercial proposals. • Present solutions & demos to decision-makers.

Account Management & Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling of AV, automation, maintenance (AMC), service contracts.
    • Serve as primary contact for client concerns during pre-sales and lead handoff to delivery/after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets & Revenue Growth

  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecast and pipeline in the CRM. • Track and manage margins, discounts, negotiation to ensure profitability.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, technology trends in CCTV / ELV / AV / smart automation.
    • Provide feedback to product/vendor management on customer needs or issues. • Identify new service lines or geographic markets for expansion (within GCC).

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns, with operations/engineering for solution validations, and with service teams for maintenance/after-sales proposals.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, lead conversion metrics, and pipeline reviews weekly/monthly.

Preferred candidate profile

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related.
  • Additional certifications in sales, security systems, AV technologies, or ELV systems is a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience (24 years) in B2B sales/business development in system integration, ICT, ELV, security & AV solutions.
  • Understanding of technical products: structured cabling, CCTV, access control, audio-visual systems, automation.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Target- and deadline-oriented, with strong self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE / GCC as required.
